• Born 1967, VA   
• Raised in the Bethesda area  
• Played Baseball and Football in HS 
• Graduated 1985 Walter Johnson HS 
• Has worked for Wildwood Exxon and the Smith Family since 1984. 
• Living in Rockville MD 
• Married Brenda Du Rell 1995 
• Raised three children together: Buddy Sabate’. Cori Sabate’ and Tyler Lightcap. 
• Has been coaching since 1998. Basketball, softball, football and baseball. 
• Hobbies:  golf, playing yard games such as yard golf, bocce ball, latter golf, watching football by the chiminaya, and watching the “world” go by. 
• Is a NYSCA and CYO certified coach. 
• Member of the Elks Club of Washington and Rockville area #15 
• Enjoying the kids, VT, UMD, St de Chantal.

• Living in Frederick, MD 
• Married to Mary for 25 years, two children. 
• ASC Certified Technician for 28 years.
